Action bar slogan not on mobile

Hi I have an action bar live on my website with phone number and slogan. All is fine on a PC but on the mobile version it shows the phone number but not the slogan. I have been through all the obvious menu options but can find nowhere turning this on/off, can the slogan be visible on mobile?
