Floating sidebar

We want to have a floating sidebar in the internal pages. the floating sidebar is used as anchor tag to move to that particular parts of the page. How to do this in BE themes(I want to know that whether we can code this in the BE theme). Please reply to this ASAP

sorry but this will be not possible in the theme, floating sidebar is something we do not have.
