Import from localhost is not working

I recently purchased the theme and in the process of building my site on the local server. When i move the site from the localhost to the live site, the settings are not preserved on the wordpress database or settings. I even exported the settings on the Bethemes option and imported into the live site after replacing the localhost to my domain name. unfortunately nothing seems to be changed. Import function is not working. It would be really good if you could point to the right direction

please use this plugin and try to export the website again to a clean wordpress installation with a new database:

Hello,

I did installed the duplicator Plugin and migrated the whole site. After migrating, the following error message was show when visiting the site

This page isn’t working

Domain.com is currently unable to handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 500

We suggest contacting your hosting provider because this is a error concerning .htaccess redirects and domain handling.

I have full access to the server and .htaccess redirects. If you could give me some guidance regarding what steps Should I take on this, I can find the solution myself.

We really do not know, this is not a theme related issue and you should contact your hosting provider or a developer.
