De-registration of license

I have 2 licenses one of my license was used when I was using the IP of the server to build the website now that I'm using the actual domain I can not update the plugins, already sent a email using envato but I need this fixed ASAP, I'm trying just to connect the license with the domain since it's the same installation.

i can not use the tool you provide since that asks me to delete the files and I can not do that as my site is there, just check the ip on the license on my username and will see it's the same site.
