Reducing the section-post-header padding

I would like to remove the section post header padding entirely or reduce it to almost nothing. How?

The extra space between the Ameridan logo and the Cobra Electronics is showing that it is the "section-post-header" - how do I reduce the height of that section to bring the two logos closer?

You can try this css and just remove it:

.single-portfolio .section.section-post-header {
	display:none !important;
}
