Page changes/updates not saving?

Using Page Options Create few section and added few items, With few sections it works fine.
When I add more section, page update doesn't save the page changes.
To troubleshoot I followed the instruction( https://www.betheme.com/tutorial/page-changes-updates-not-saving/ ) to increase the php_value max_input_vars 10000, It doesn't sole the issue.
I'm google cloud VM for hosting.
I increased the memory size to 1.7GB, And also did define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' ); in wp-config.php file.
Still Issue not solved.

Please go to your FTP, create a php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us a link to that file privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link.
