Problem with Pre Built Sites

When I use Pre-Built Sites, it imports the template (CSS), however it does not matter the images. Look at my media:

What can I do?

After installing nginx server (cPnginx), my betheme stopped downloading the media, only some media appears.

Hi,
sorry but this is not theme related and our help is limited when it comes to server settings.
It looks like the privilages on your media directory is not set correctly.
Please contact your hosting provider about this issue.
