Excerpt not showing on blog page - Title and Read more Do

Perhaps I'm missing a setting, but, I can't get an excerpt to show so this page is kinda useless.    I've tried varying styles but nothing from the post shows.  Maximum number of words is set to 100 (I've tried less than and more than that).  Excerpt is set to show.   https://www.belart.com/labguy/lab-guy-qa/

Hi,

To do this, edit the page and find the excerpt field on the bottom of the page, if you do not see it, you will need to enable this in the screen options (top right corner of the page edit)
