Import option via muffin builder

Hi .. I copied and pasted my backed up code... using the import and export option but not working. Any help please?

Hi,
are you talking about the import/export option in the page?
If you click import, what happens?
Try disabling all plugins and check again.

well its a newly installed  wordpress theme..  I paste the code in the field and click import... then nothing happen.
