Hiding the action bar

Hello I have been trying to hide the little action bar with flag on the top right and from the options I cant do so. Here is the link to the site:

Has anyone encountered the problem?

Hi,
this is not the action bar but the top-right-bar.
You can disable it in theme options>header&subheader>extras

I set the hide option on on betheme options but the bar still appears with the little flag. Should It be hiddent with css?
