1. how to change the colour of the orizontal line in the footer? (the yellow one) without changing all.

2. how to change the color of the tiltle in selected item in FAQ?

HI,
you have most likely choosen a theme skin color and you will be not able to select individual colors.
Please check in theme options>colors>general.

Please answer to my questions. I need to use a specific colours.

1. Where i can change the colour of the line in the footer?
I've changed every pink colour in options>colors>general and not only but is again pink.

2. Also I want to change colour yellow only in FAQ, not in all the theme. Where i deed to modify?

}

The title is in H2, so you can regulate the size in theme options>fonts

i know that title are in H2, how change in H5?

I dont want to reduce all H2 used size. Only title news

There is no way of changing that, you would have to edit the theme files.
I see that you already changed the css for the title:

.post .entry-title {
	font-size: 30px !important;
	line-height: 34px;
	font-weight: bold;
}
