I cant register my license

Hi team, i have a problem.. i bought your theme now, but when i put the purchase code in the section, it doesn't working.

I tried your tool but the tool also told me: {"error":"No registered licenses for this purchase code and username"}.

some solutions?

Yes, the license is the Item Purchase Code... And the theme send me a problem with the API server connection and PHP limit. maybe this is the problem?

i resolved the Api problem with the option Server to Server. But the PHP problem is still here. I tried to register my license again but now it tell me: Can not get domain name. How can i fix it?
