W3 Total Cache

Do you have special settings for W3 Total Cache? Because I am trying to make the website faster and will all tests I have problem with Serve scaled images and Combine images using CSS sprites.
I have installed and the normal settings for W3 and also Smush it is working.

I want to run the website faster.

we do nto have any settings for the plugin. The configuration is up to the user.
