Can't adjust margin around image

I'm trying to add LinkedIn icons below a few headshots on an About page. The first 2 are showing up correctly, but when I duplicate the container to add another team member, the space between the icon and the photo increases although the settings in each container are the same.

Please open your website in Firefox html mode (CTRL+U) and check html errors you got. Please fix them first and all should be fine.

P.S. Anticipating your question, yes, those errors are not associated with theme and were made by you or one of your extra plugins.
