Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: sigwork.com.

Hello I am not using Be theme in any website and I already have a website  sigwork.com.co  but I am using Darna theme  in this web.

My question is how do I cancel the registration of the purchase code and be able to successfully complete the installation of the theme.

Hi,
you must have a betheme folder with the theme still installed on that domain, please remove it and then try to deregister using using our API license key tool
