Request Entity Too Large

Hi,

I've got multiple sites with the Betheme theme. for example: https://e-commercesummit.com.

I've got a problem when i want to save a page, it says this:

Request Entity Too Large

The requested resource
/wp-admin/post.php
does not allow request data with POST requests, or the amount of data provided in the request exceeds the capacity limit.

My server environment is all good and all green.

How can i fix this issue? I've now got another site that says the same error...

Greetings,

Dwain

  • Hey Dwain,
    this is a wordpress/hosting related issue. We cannot help you with that one, you will have to contact your hosting provider.
    thanks
  • Hi,

    I have got the same problem. I contacted my hosting and told them to increase all the parameters Betheme requires:

    PHP Memory Limit -> 256MB
    PHP Time Limit -> 180
    PHP Max Input Vars -> 10000

    But I keep having the same problem: every time I try tu update 2 of the 10 pages I have designed it gives me the Request Entity Too Large message.

    What else can I do?
    It started when I updated Betheme to 20.9 version.

    Thank you in advance,

    Jorge
