when registering the subject it tells me this: Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: placerinquieto.com. I have already deregistered the code and I have deleted the subject of that website and I still can not register it

make sure that the theme folder was removed from the old hosting, otherwise it will be not possible to deregister.
