Blog is default in descending order. How can we show the newest post first?

We have this blog : http://hapaffl.com/blog/
And I've looked over our settings and dates and everything should be sorting newest post first, but it's showing the oldest post first. Can you please help me understand what's happening?

the settings in theme options for the blog is only for the blog page. Please go to settings>reading and set the posts page as the main blog page and leave the page blank so it will fill automaticaly.
If you are using items then the order is set in the item options, otherwise the order is set in theme options>blog,portfolio&shop>blog.
