Cannot update BeTheme and Plugins

Hey there,
please help me. I can't update the Theme and the three Plugins ... Layer Slider, Slider Revolution and WPBakery Page Builder.
Update starts an the it says the file can not be loaded caus it's empty. My page is not working corretly right now.

Hey, I just used it for this domain only. I made the installation on www.dev.fliesen-henze.de and now the site is on www.fliesen-henze.de but they told me they just changed the settings in the dns or set a forwarding. What can happen to my site if I deregister the theme and then register it again? Dont't want to delete something ...
