WPML Flag In Action Bar

Hi, I'm trying to add the WPML flag icons to show up immediately to the right of the social icons in my top action bar:

I have very little experience in adding code manually, so please be as descriptive as possible with your instructions! Thank you.

Hi,

Please go to appearance >  Menus  and create a new menu and click the WPML switcher button:

Then go to appearance > menus > manage locations and set this menu as social menu top.
