Site Not Rendering

Hi, it looks as though my site is not rendering properly, my menu bar and slider on the top are completely gone. Please help

    It's all working fine.
    Please refresh your browser cache and try to disable "W3 Total Cache" plugin.

    It was actually an IP blocker and the WP Fastest cache plugin that was affecting it. I have now changed to W3 Total Cache plugin and it seems to be better now.
