How to create a blog page

How can i create a blog page in this theme? look at my site, theres no way to create a blog page how can i do it? http://esse-ene.com.br/ thanks!

Hi,

it is an easy process.

1. Create a new page, name it whatever you want, lets say you name it "blog"

2. Leave this page blank, do not add any content or builder items.

3. Go to settings>reading in your wordpress menu and set the "blog" page as the posts page

This is it, now this page will be your default posts page and will autopopulate with posts.
