BeTheme Admin - Color Picker Add Remove class

I have an issue with the BeTheme Theme options panel. I am not able to get the Color Picker Hex Code input to display. I tried to diagnose the issue and this is what shows up in the console. 

load-scripts.php "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'removeClass' of undefined".

This is not allowing me to utilize the Theme Options panel the same way I have used the BeTheme in many other releases. I need some help with this. If someone can point me in the right direction to a solution as soon as possible. I would greatly appreciate it.

Please disable all your plugins, then try.

Also, what is your version of PHP?
