Hi,

In settings of item try to find padding option, and set it for top or bottom. (depends of item which you edit)

If there is no option of padding, use this Custom CSS code.

body.page-id-119 .story_box .desc_wrapper{
	padding-top:25px !important;
}

You can change it only in Theme Options > Global > General

In the Image Frame section, Caption selectbox.
