WPML translation is done but not shown on website

Hi,

I have done the translation for the website www.mediplex-experts.de to english. All text is translated with WPML but nothing is shown, if you switch the language. Only the Header/Slider and the footer are shwon, but not the entire body and content of the website.

Pls. help me oout as we have an important and INTERNATIONAL kick off meeting tomorrow.

Please disable all the plugins, clear cache of browser and check again.
