Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: .vc_row. since version 7.4

Hello,
Firebug reports following error since 7.4
Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: .vc_row.
Its on fresh wordpress 4.1.2 install 
I have tried reinstall/enable/disable/ Visual Composer and doesn't help.
All other plugins were disabled as well.

deleted old theme, uploaded 7.4.2. Cleared cache..., but firebug reports still the same error.

get the same and when i downgrade everything works fine...

In my site there was problem with tabs with fixed footer and other js enabled parts.
