Resize banner in header magazine

header magazine in how I can change the measures of banner area from 468px to 180px x 180px x 60px?

Stupid question, but I can't find out where to configure the banner for the magazine layout/header... right now after import it's a broken image, but I don't even know where to configure it to display an image of my choosing.

Hi,

sorry for the long delay... i have fount this solution.

In the personal css i have added this row:

.header-magazine #Top_bar .banner_wrapper img { max-height: 120px; max-width: 350px; margin-right:0px; padding-top: -20px; }

... and now i can see the two logo with the correct size, but now i need that the first logo (on the left) link another site. And i need also to modify the hover text on the left logo... How i can do this two thing?
