Is there any shortcode to "Offer slider" or "Offer slider thumb" ?

I'm trying to add an "Offer slider" to my home page using the VC editor.. but i can't find the way.. 
Is there any potsion to add the slider without using the "Muffin Builder"? 
Where can i find a shortcode like all other features?

You won't be able to do this because this item is not compatible with VC plugin. As we mentioned in changelog, some items are not compatible with VC plugin.

Ok, when i add this feature via Muffin Builder, the slider appears above the VC content.. 

can i have the slider below the content? (above the footer..)

Yes, you can change their positions under Theme options > Global > Advanced section.
