Need some pre installed webpages

Hello there,

How can I get again the pre installed pages?

I lost my purchased ones, because in beginning I didn't new the importance of it.

For example, now I see the page with the " Rent a bike". I really would like to have such a kind page on my website, maybe as homepage.

Beside that, does anyone know if it's possible to put my logo, slogan and then the menu in the field of the next page (instead of logo, menu, slogan): www.businesstailors.com.
