Can only see theme when logged in, others see 404

Hi

Have installede Betheme and demo content, and when I am editing, and logged in I can see the site, but when not logged in a 404 page shows.

What have I missed ?

maybe you have "Maintenance mode" activated?

If so, I can't see where that setting is ?
