RevolutionSlider troubles (and also in LayerSlider section sample sliders cannot be downloaded)

1) problem:
Suggested method to solve the issue:
@wsorrentino In this case try old method instead:
1. Unzip slider data file
2. Import slider data using slider-export.txt file
3. In case upload dynamic-captions.css and static-captions.css into the wp-content/plugins/revslider/rs-plugin/css/ folder.
The trouble is that there is no "dynamic-captions.css" in the "story.zip" folder and it works lamely((((

Comments
1) Not each slider got dynamic-captions.css file. Some of them got this file but some not. It depends on settings for slider.
2) We do not have any sliders made with Layer Slider so we don't understand what exactly you want to import.
