Slider plugins updates not available?

Hi,

I bought BeTheme and am in the process of creating site. I noticed that slider page says there is a latest version available but it can be downloaded only if bought directly. Is this true? I am concerned about security by running with older versions of code. One of the reasons I bought the theme is that I liked one of the sample themes a lot and wanted my site to be exactly like it - and it has the slider.

Please advice how to get updates for the bundled plugins that come with BeTheme

no, it's not true. You don't need to buy a plugin if is bundled into theme package. More information about rev slider update you can read on http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/5/how-to-update-revolution-slider

I also received a mail stating that updates to this theme will contain updated 3rd party plugins as well - addresses my concern. Thanks so much!
