infusionsoft code not working

Hi I have some code from infusionsoft and a javascript snippet both options do not respond very well to Betheme, any ideas?

you should ask the person who gave you code what could be the reason because we have no idea what this code do and how it works exactly. Your website developer should be able to help you in this case.

I am the website developer!  Infusionsoft you have never heard of?  One option is

the other option is adding the form code generated by Infusionsoft, I tried the code option in the builder but it crashes the page

I just need to know how to add html / css / js code into a section of the website.

Javascript should be pasted under Theme options > Custom CSS & JS > Custom JS section but the whole rest of html should be used under "Column" item. But if this won't work, then you should play with console and other stuff to verify where the problem exactly is

Thank you for your help.  I tried a barebones version of the form which seemed to work.

I tried the custom code in both js and css areas but that just made no impact

So or the code they provide is not compatible with theme or you did something wrong there.
