formating text in muffinbuilder

Hello!

how can i format text in the muffinbuilder (i added a column in muffinbuilder) without using html? 

i am not able to use the menu from visual editor above… 

i know html, but my client does not.

one last question (for today):

is it possible to give the logo-picture the same size as the black background so that it fits, the top, the bottom and the left border?

(i would like to have the black background with the logo seperate on white...)

You must play with below css to do this:

#Top_bar .logo { margin: 0 !important; }
#Top_bar .column { margin: 0 !important; }
#Top_bar #logo { padding: 0 !important; height: 90px !important; }
