Video not cross browser

Hi,

Using video ( mp4 and ogv ) on homepage isn't working as expected:

Safari on Mac = Ok

Safari on windows = Black Background

Internet Explorer = Black Background  Unsupported Video Type or invalid file path

Firefox = Video not fluid, hangs repeatedly

Chrome =  Video not fluid, hangs repeatedly

Can you help with this?

where you use this video? Any url to site where this happen? Please also attach some screenshots of how this looks like on your side.

Ok, the website is http://www.piscinascarrebleu.pt

Please check both files. As you see, mp4 file is broken. IE11 using mp4 format but Safari uses .ogv which is ok.

Ok, 

Althow it´s strange because we can watch video on Safari

and on IE if direct access to file as on link

and not on other browsers

Yes, you can because SAFARI uses .OGV format while IE is using .MP4 format. That's why we did an option to upload 2 different files because different browsers uses different formats.

It's WORKING !

You are correct, the problem was the mp4 file. I guess it was currupted.

Viewing the page on safari on windows , shows black page and button to start video.

I suppose it has to do with Safari version on windows ..
