How I can activate Page Title and Breadcrumbs on the pages

if you want to display subheader then why you checked "Subheder | Hide" option?

I dont want to have this bug and want to have the Title and breadcrumbs

It is not a bug. You got transparent header and that's why how it looks like. If you don't want to have this, you should use different header style or you should deactivate subheader on pages where you got this look.

To remove this space, please activate "Header Minimalist" option under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Header section.
