Copy page from different wordpress

i played around a little bit using my "test" wp installation.

Now i created a super cool page i'd like to use for my real page. Whats the best way to copy it using muffin builder? Dont wanna do everything again ...

Hey,

under "Page options" section where Muffin Builder is, you got Import/Export button so you can export content from one page and paste into another.
