we have checked your site already and this is how your images looks like. Images are 100x100px and that's the size you exactly got so we do not understand what exactly has been changed. We did not touched any functions related with sliders or products since quite long time so this is not because of theme update.
Product pictures are shown with top cut off, everywhere, except for when I open the full picture. Any suggestions on how to show them in full? I am pretty sure this has happened with an update.
This is for sure not related with update because nothing has been changed in this case. If you want, you can check sizes under functions/theme-functions.php file where add_image_size() functions are.
