How to remove "Published by Author at Date, Categories, Tags on post pages

I need to remove the following form my post pages:

Published by admin at July 9, 2015.

I also need to remove the Categories and Tags drop-downs.

.single-post .post-meta { display: none !important; }

That does work but I would rather remove the code directly from the file so that I can remove the spaces also.

One last question. 

How can I make the logo bigger?

I uploaded a larger version of the logo but the theme forces the logo smaller.

If you want to remove that from file, you must play with theme files yourself because we do not offer any files modifications. But to increase logo size, please use below css:

#Top_bar #logo { height: 100px !important; }

is it possible to remove only the "tags" and "category" drop-down, leaving the "Published by ... at ..."
