Boxes/Inforgraphics - Class-Prettyphoto

Is it possible to use prettyphoto class for any of the shortcode boxes (ie. Hover box, zoom box, etc)?  I'd like to link a youtube video with popup iframe to keep users on my site with a box

If item got "Class" field then you can try to use it but probably prettyphoto won't won't properly with some of them.
