I can see that the construction differs from what you show on the screenshot.

Do you still need help with that? If yes, please explain in more detail what you want to achieve.

So as not to break my site, I've now used someone else's plugin for the table of contents and everything works n

But the problem remains

Side menu widget from blocks - doesn't work as a pinned side menu.
