Is there a way to have the BeTheme FAQs element use bullets and carriage returns?

We had structured text with paragraphs etc and its just a blob now.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Did you use HTML tags inside the FAQ?

No we just pasted from a Word Doc. Let me see if I can format it in a WYSIWYG editor and paste in the text with code version.

The link you have sent does not work.

Anyway, just copying from the Word doc is not enough, and HTML tags must be used.
