Icons Display Problem on Chrome

Have no idea why I use the same chrome browser version but displayed different results on 2 computers:

Browser Version: 44.0.2403.130 m

One PC can displays all icons properly, while the other cannot. Can you please advise?

Yes this is weird, only one of my PCs cannot show properly, other PCs are fine

I just want to know if that related to plugins/settings/cache problem?

If icons does not display on one computer only, this must be cache then because we checked your site on 4 different computers and everything works fine.
