Header background

Hiya - I've tried adding a header background in Options > Header & Subheader > Header > classic style, full width, image > http://radiongatiporou.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/MenuBG.jpg 

I've unchecked the minimal option as well. 

Any ideas?
