How to change Menu Mobile Responsive Toggle?

Hi,

We are using Be Theme and we have some users using browsers / monitor resolutions under 1240 px width.

Those people are seeing the mobile menu but we want to show normal menu between 1024 px width and 1239 px. too.  And activate responsive mobile menu for resolutions or width under 1024 px.

Please, could you tell me how to modifiy CSS or muffin options?
