.fixed-nav .arrow show image as well on laptop resolution?

How can I go about making the .fixed-nav .arrow that appears
on individual post pages to show the image as well for a laptop resolution? It
does not show currently but if I zoom out to 90% on my browser it shows the
image aswell like so: http://i.imgur.com/N3Eh7Of.png
