Load more issue

Hi there and thanks for your time

I have setup my portfolio but when I click 'Show More' button it just gets stuck on the loading animation and does not display the other row of images?

I am using the gallery builder shortcode in a one-page site.

Any suggestion would be awesome.

I have tried a combination of all the option and different settings for the portfolio and still cannot seem to get the load more to work.  

This is all I need to resolve to finish my site

Hemm thats wierd you cannot access, I will check.

Also why do I need a key for each site I build using this theme?  I purchase the theme?

OK thanks for explaining that, I thought once I purchased the theme it didn't matter how many times I used it as long as I didn't charge for it. I will take a look at the link and if it warrants I purchase another license I will surely do this.
