Fail to update BeTheme from 20.0 to 20.3

Hi,
When we tried to update the theme from version 20.0 to version 20.3 the system displays the following message:

Error en la actualización: No se ha podido descomprimir el paquete.
PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record

Please go to your betheme dashboard and system status. Make us screenshots of the settings, we will check if your server is configured correctly.
