Process to shift website with all logo & customization to other domain

Dear Sir,

Do you have any process to shift website from 1 domain to other, since by doing a normal WordPress transfer process all customizations and logo are lost. This is happening with your theme only, we are using other themes also but this problem is persisting with your theme only.

Please suggest a solution as we have to deliver the product to client end in very short time.

Yes, please deregister the theme and then continue with moving it to another server.
