Menu Padding

I am looking to change the padding between the menu names on this theme:

I am trying to fit more menu items within the menu.

Try this css

#Top_bar .menu > li > a span:not(.description) { 
	padding:0px 10px !important;
}

Am i supposed to add that into custom css or look for that? If look for it what file?

Go to theme options>custom css&js>css and paste it there.
